this policy is part of the terms of use for https://nowihavea.website, run by KAI BUSINESS HUB LTD, trading as nowihavea.website. it sets out what you may not do with your site. last updated 5 july 2026.

what you must not publish or do

you agree not to use nowihavea.website to publish, host, link to, or do any of the following:

phishing, scams or fraud — impersonating a person, business, bank or brand, or trying to trick people into handing over money, passwords, card details or personal data.
malware or abuse of others’ systems — distributing malware, or using the site to attack, probe or gain unauthorised access to any system.
child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexual content involving minors. this is reported to the authorities and results in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
illegal content or activity — anything unlawful under UK law, including selling illegal or restricted goods, or content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark.
hate, harassment or incitement — content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence or hatred against a person or group.
sexual content presented as suitable for a general audience, or graphic violence, published without any regard for who may see it.
deception at scale — spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deliberately misleading health, financial or legal claims.

if a site breaks this policy

we may suspend a site that breaks this policy. suspension stops the site from serving on both its free username.nowihavea.website address and any custom domain connected to it, so it can no longer be reached by the public. where it’s clearly warranted — for example CSAM or an active phishing attack — we may suspend first and explain after. a suspension can be reversed if the issue is resolved; a serious or repeated breach can end the account.

this is separate from anything to do with billing or a lapsed subscription — a site coming offline for a billing reason is not a suspension, and suspension has nothing to do with money.

reporting a bad site

if you’ve found a site on nowihavea.website that breaks this policy, please tell us — you don’t need an account. use the report a site form, or email hello@nowihavea.website. include the address of the site and a short note about the problem, and we’ll look into it.
